Company Profile

	Panchal Engineering Works as been into manufacturing of Pulp, Paper & Board Plant Machinery since last 35 years.

	The company was found by late shri Kantibhai G. Panchal. The first complete Paper plant having 5 tones capacity was manufacture in the year 1971. Since then the company is professionally managed under the hand of Mr. Amit K. Panchal (B.E. Mechanical) and Mr. Hiren K. Panchal.

The company has complete infrastructure facility consists of Three workshop with a built up area of 28,000/- sq. ft. and open shade 6000 sq. ft. for fabrication. It has also large space for pre-assembling of individual machinery. The workshop is equip with the latest equipments and tool and tackles. The list is attached.

The company had supply its machinery all over India and export to country like Nepal, Bangladesh & Singapore.

The following are the range of machinery manufactured.

	»	Complete Pulp process equipment.

	»	Complete Paper Machine section. Consists of :

	»	Head Box, Wire machine, Press section, Dryer Section, M.G. Unit, Pope reel.

	»	Complete machine drive section.

	»	High speed quality rewinding machine (Specialised in lighter grammage paper).

	»	Duplex paper.

	»	Writing, printing & News print.

Paper manufacturing capacity from 15 TPD to 200 TPD and machine deckle up to 4.8 mtr.
